Open Door Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Mankato, Minnesota, seeks a qualified, passionate, experienced candidate for full and part-time collaborative Dentists for our Cottonwood and/or Clarkfield locations. The candidate should be passionate about serving underserved patients, with an interest in contributing to our continued growth and outreach efforts. Our clinic uses an integrated approach to health care, focusing on the overall wellbeing of the patient, and providing expert care that is culturally sensitive to our diverse community.

The candidate must have a degree in Dentistry, hold a valid license and be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. He/She must utilize and has knowledge of current dental practices and procedures as outlined by the American Dental Association (ADA) and have the ability to analyze medical/dental records to formulate effective therapeutic treatment plans. He/She must independently assess the extent of dental, periodontal and associated conditions and pathology in routine and emergency patient encounters. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, understand the needs of the underserved populations, and have the ability to build positive relationships. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

This position is eligible for benefits including CE’s, PTO, reduced cost health and dental, private health insurance, retirement savings, and supplemental benefits. We are a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program approved location.
