Manpower is currently hiring qualified candidates as production employees for a reputable company in Jackson, MN. As a full-time employee for our client, you’ll play an integral role in assembling and testing product for valued customers.
1st shift is Monday through Friday 5:30 am to 3:00 pm with occasional weekend work. You will be given competitive salary at $11.50 per and eligible to utilize Manpower’s benefit plans.

This is a competitive to permanent position; employees will be transitioned to permanent status depending on attendance, performance and other relevant factors with the opportunity for a pay increase once transitioned.

Don’t have experience in manufacturing environments? Not a problem. While manufacturing previous manufacturing experience is preferred, anyone who is mechanically inclined and can pass a pre-employment assessment will be considered! Qualifications/ Skill and Abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment assessment is required
• The ability to read and comprehend blue-prints and instructions as well as basic math concepts and measuring devices.
• The ability to pass a background check and a drug screen is required
• Good attendance, demonstrated dependability and a positive attitude
• The ability to work in a team-based environment
• The ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and to lift up to 50 pounds
